With a wide range of options for fish, meat, veggie lovers and vegans, our menu is inspired by the ingredients offered by our crystal clear Adriatic Sea and by the Biokovo mount, which overlooks it.
Whilst we are trained in traditional flavours, our cuisine is elevated with new techniques, applied with care and purpose.
